- (literary) Collectively refers to the four great mountains of China: Mount Tai in the east, Mount Hua in the west, Mount Heng in the south, and Mount Heng in the north. Historically, emperors would travel to these mountains to meet with local lords.
- Siyue
- (literary) A legendary tribal leader or group of leaders, said to be descendants of 共工 gònggōng, who advised Emperors Yao and Shun and recommended candidates for succession.
