Ying Zheng
Personal name of the first emperor of a unified China, 秦始皇 qín​shǐ​huáng (259-210 BC). Born in the state of Zhao, he succeeded his father King Zhuangxiang and used Li Si as his chancellor to conquer the other warring states and establish the Qin Dynasty.
