Emperor Hui of Jin (259-307), personal name 司马衷sīmǎzhōng, second emperor of the 晋朝jìncháo (reigned 290-307). He is famously associated with the line 'why not eat meat porridge?' due to his ignorance of a famine. His reign was marked by instability and the War of the Eight Princes.
