Li Yi (poet)
A famous poet of the Tang Dynasty (748–829), known for his border-region poetry and specifically for his excellence in seven-character quatrains. He served as the Minister of Rites late in his career.
Li Yi (literary character)
The male protagonist in the Tang Dynasty legendary tale "The Tale of Huo Xiaoyu." In the story, he betrays his lover Huo Xiaoyu, leading to her death and his subsequent haunting by her spirit.
