李膺 lǐ​yīng
Li Ying
Li Ying (110–169), a famous official and reformer of the Eastern Han Dynasty known for his integrity and opposition to corrupt eunuchs. He served as the Director of Retainers and was highly esteemed by scholars of his time; being received by him was referred to as "climbing the dragon gate", a phrase captured in the idiom 登龙门 dēng​lóng​mén.
