Emperor Ling of the Eastern Han dynasty, personal name 刘宏 liú​hóng (156–189), who reigned from 168 to 189. His reign was marked by corruption and the influence of eunuchs, leading to the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the eventual decline of the dynasty.
