An imperial library and archive built during the Western Han Dynasty (located in the Changle Palace in Chang'an), named after the stone conduit that diverted water to flow under the building; site of a major ideological conference in 51 BC (the Shiqu Pavilion Meeting) where Han scholars discussed version differences in the Confucian classics and established the 五经 wǔ​jīng as state canon
