Fan Zeng
Fan Zeng (275–204 BC), advisor to 项羽 xiàng​yǔ during the late Qin Dynasty who was honored with the title "Ya Fu" (Second Father); he died after being dismissed following a successful plot by 刘邦 liú​bāng to turn the two against each other.
