Sometimes represents blood

Review: I don't think this is exactly necessary to put in since dots are pretty universal in other characters. I believe it's one of those glyphs where it's either mostly a distinguishing mark or used to depict something other than blood. You have the right idea however considering a dot to depict liquid of some sorts.
