- 大司空 dàsīkōng Grand Minister of WorksA high-ranking official title in ancient China; during the Zhou Dynasty and the Spring and Autumn period, they managed civil engineering and construction. In the Han Dynasty, it became one of the Three Ducal Ministers ([[三公|三公|san1 gong1]]) who governed the state. In later dynasties, it was used as an informal name for the Minister of Works ([[工部尚書|工部尚書|gong1 bu4 shang4 shu1]]).
