Li Boyuan (1867-1906), also known as 李宝嘉lǐbǎojiā, was a late Qing journalist and novelist from Jiangsu; he is best known for his satirical novel "Observations on the Current State of Officialdom" and for founding influential newspapers and magazines like the "Game Journal".
