(663-737) A famous chancellor of the Tang Dynasty who served under Emperor Xuanzong; known for being an upright official, he was instrumental in the Kaiyuan era prosperity alongside [[姚崇|姚崇|yao2 chong2]]

Second ruler of the Southern Tang state during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period (916-961), known for his lyric poetry and for being the father of the famous poet [[李煜|李煜|li3 yu4]]; also referred to as the Mid-Ruler of Southern Tang.
