- 苻坚 fújiān Fu JianFu Jian (338-385), emperor of Former Qin during the Sixteen Kingdoms period who unified much of northern China before being defeated at the Battle of Fei River; reigned 357-385.
- 萑苻 huánfú den of thieves(literary) A place where bandits hide or frequent; also used to refer to bandits themselves. Derived from the name of a marsh in the state of Zheng during the Spring and Autumn period known for its outlaws.
