A local style of opera from the Putian and Xianyou regions of Fujian province; formerly known as [[兴化戏|興化戲|xing1 hua4 xi4]].

(literary) A legendary auspicious plant said to have grown in the kitchen during the time of Emperor Yao; its leaves fanned themselves to keep the room cool and prevent food from spoiling.
