(Taiwan slang) a privileged person who is oblivious to the hardships of others, such as members of the political or business elite; also refers to Taipei residents or urbanites who act superior to others. This term is an orthographic borrowing from the Japanese manga series "One Piece", where it refers to an arrogant, privileged noble class.
