Jie Zhitui
Jie Zhitui (7th century BC), a legendary official of the State of Jin during the Spring and Autumn period. He is famous for his loyalty to Duke Wen of Jin, whom he followed into exile for nineteen years. According to legend, he died in a forest fire set by the Duke to force him out of hiding, leading to the creation of the [[寒食节|寒食節|han2 shi2 jie2]] and the [[清明|清明|qing1 ming2]] festival.
