千佛山 qiānfóshān Thousand Buddha Mountain
A scenic mountain in Jinan, Shandong Province, famous for the numerous Buddha statues carved into its cliffs during the Sui Dynasty. It is also known as 历山 lìshān or 舜耕山 shùngēngshān due to the legend that the emperor 舜 shùn once farmed there.
