A famous imperial library built in 1784 on Gushan Island in Hangzhou, specifically designed to house the 四库全书 sì​kù​quán​shū. It is one of the three southern libraries, alongside 文宗阁 wén​zōng​gé and 文汇阁 wén​huì​gé, and its collection is now held by the Zhejiang Library.
