景泰蓝/ 景泰藍 jǐng​tài​lán cloisonné

A traditional Chinese handicraft involving decorative metalwork where colored enamel is applied to a copper body and then fired, polished, and gilded. It is named for the era of the Ming Emperor Jingtai, when production was most famous for its distinctive blue enamel.
