Famous courtesan and poet of the late Ming dynasty (1618–1664); born Yang Ai 杨爱 yáng'ài, she later changed her name to Liu Yin 柳隐 liǔ​yǐn and took the courtesy name Rushi; known for her talent in painting and calligraphy, she was one of the "Eight Beauties of Qinhuai" and the concubine of 钱谦益 qián​qiān​yì
