    A prominent politician and economist of the Western Han dynasty (152–80 BC) from Luoyang; known for his economic reforms including state monopolies on salt, iron, and wine, and the price stabilization system. He was executed following the rebellion of Prince Dan of Yan and Shangguan Jie.
