The Chronicles of Han, a 30-volume chronological history of the Western Han dynasty written by the Eastern Han scholar 荀悦 xún​yuè. Based on the 汉书 hàn​shū, it is written in the style of the 左传 zuǒ​zhuàn and was commissioned to be more concise and easier to read than its predecessor.
