Wang Yinzhi (1766–1834), a famous Qing Dynasty philologist and official from Gaoyou, Jiangsu; son of the scholar 王念孙 wáng​niàn​sūn, he specialized in phonology and etymology and is best known for his works "Jingyi Shuwen" and "Jingzhuan Shici"
