Luo Pin (1733–1799), a celebrated Qing Dynasty painter from Anhui who lived in Yangzhou; one of the 扬州八怪 yáng​zhōu​bā​guài and a disciple of 金农 jīn​nóng, he was particularly famous for his paintings of ghosts.
