    Pei Wei

    Pei Wei (267–300), a Western Jin dynasty philosopher, scholar, and politician. Known for his work "Chongyou Lun" (Treatise on Honoring Existence), he opposed the dominant "guìwú" (valuing nothingness) philosophy of his time. He was killed during the War of the Eight Princes.
