A famous piece of calligraphy in the semi-cursive style, traditionally attributed to [[王献之|王獻之|wang2 xian4 zhi1]] of the Jin Dynasty, though most scholars consider it to be a later forgery. The text consists of 50 characters in eight vertical rows and has been frequently copied by calligraphers throughout history.
