Ji Yun (1724-1805), a prominent writer, scholar, and official of the Qing Dynasty, also known as [[纪晓岚|紀曉嵐|ji4 xiao3 lan2]]; he was the chief editor of the "Complete Library of the Four Treasuries" ([[四库全书|四庫全書|si4 ku4 quan2 shu1]]) and author of the supernatural collection "Notes on a Minutely Observed Thatched Hut" ([[阅微草堂笔记|閱微草堂筆記|yue4 wei1 cao3 tang2 bi3 ji4]])
